STI Durban is expanding and we’re looking for experienced Short-Term Insurance Agents to join our fast-paced and rewarding call centre environment.

About the Role :

As a Short-Term Insurance Agent, you’ll be responsible for selling insurance products (vehicle, household, and business cover) to new and existing clients over the phone.

You’ll manage the full sales process — from initial contact to policy activation — ensuring every customer receives professional and compliant service.

Requirements :

Matric (Grade 12) – essential

Minimum 6 months call centre or sales experience (insurance experience an advantage)

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Target-driven, self-motivated, and eager to earn uncapped commission

Must be Durban-based or willing to relocate
