Job Description
You will be responsible for the following :
- Planning, organising, coordination and control of the production of the company to ensure that the highest production standards
- Fulfil the requirements of the Quality Policy and Assurance Procedure Manuals
- Oversee the drawing office functions and provide technical assistance during the planning phase, assembly phase as well as to address and resolve technical related issues on site.
- Implement measures to ensure that the various workshops are properly managed and controlled
- Provide controls to ensure that the Companys Production resources are correctly allocated, utilised and directed towards providing quality products that meet contract requirements and project delivery dates
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma in EngineeringProject Management qualification advantageSkills
5 10 years in a production environment overseeing the production facility from a design, planning and operating perspective.Good general knowledge of pump applications, pump fundamentals, pumps operations and pump componentsAbility to interpret manufacturing drawings would be an advantageProduct and material knowledge, Metallurgy experience an advantageExcellent track record and experience in client communication and customer service.Ensure quality of engineering / service support at customer sites.Benefits
