MARKETING COORDINATOR
Location : Pretoria East
Salary : R17, 348 CTC

Job Summary :
We are looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Coordinator with PA responsibilities to support our marketing function and assist the Managing Director with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience , strong communication skills, and a passion for both creative marketing and efficient executive support .
Key Responsibilities :
Marketing Coordination :
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (print, digital, social media)
- Update website and social media platforms with relevant content
- Monitor campaign performance and provide basic reports
- Coordinate marketing materials and supplier communication
- Help manage event logistics and branded merchandise
- Assist in basic graphic design tasks or liaise with design vendors
- Maintain marketing calendars and deadlines
Personal Assistant Duties :
Manage the Managing Directors diary, travel, and meeting arrangementsDraft and respond to emails, reports, and internal communicationsScreen calls and handle follow-ups professionallyMaintain office filing systems and confidential recordsPrepare documentation and presentations as neededMinimum Requirements :
Matric + relevant qualification in Marketing, Communication, or AdministrationMinimum 2 years experience in a similar marketing support or coordinator rolePrevious PA or executive assistant experience advantageousProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Familiarity with social media platforms and digital tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mail chimp, etc.)Excellent written and verbal communication in English and AfrikaansHigh level of accuracy, organisation, and time management
