Current Job Opening : Experienced Sr. Property Manager

Schochet is seeking an Experienced Sr. Property Manager for Plumley Village in Worcester, MA.

The Sr. Property Manager oversees all aspects of daily operations of the property, including managing office and maintenance staff. Plumley Village is a 430-family apartment community.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Supervising all property staff according to company policies; assisting with hiring; training staff; providing ongoing performance feedback and conducting annual reviews.
• Maintaining positive communication with residents, potential residents, vendors, staff, and the broader community.
• Managing rent calculations, collections, notices for delinquent payments, legal actions, and subsidy collection issues.
• Preparing and submitting required reports such as timesheets, inspection reports, vacancy reports, vouchers, recertifications, move-ins, and property inspections.
