Branch Manager - Worcester

Minimum Requirements :

• Syspro experience required
• Experience and knowledge of Steel & Plate, hardware, including Industrial hardware as well as Fluid Control (pipes, fittings, valves, flanges, pumps, irrigation
• Retail sales as well as Branch Manager's experience required. Needs to be able to manage all aspects of the branch
• Understanding of retail processes and procedures
• Strategic thinking and planning
• Must at least have 3-years' experience in a management position
• Must at least have 2-years' experience in retail and floor sales
• Strong managerial skills required
• Must be able to work in a pressurized environment
• Must have a strong personality and be able to lead and manage a team effectively
• Must have knowledge about the following : Sales Management, Procurement Management Inventory Management, Personnel Management; Account payable and receivable, warehouse management, fleet management, income statement management, internal policies and procedures management, cash management
• Must be computer literate
