Job description

Manage warranty process of submitting, tracking and resolving warranty claims;

Maintain records of warranty claims and relevant documentation;

Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with manufacturer guidelines;

Timely processing of documentation and claims;

Maintain positive relationships with customers, dealerships and manufacturers and ensure clear communication throughout the warranty process;

Ensure compliance with warranty policies and procedures;

Problem solving by identifying and resolving discrepancies;

Draft and submit reports to management on claims, data and performance;

Analyse warranty data to identify areas of concern, areas of improvement and possible cost saving opportunities;

Manage the replacement of parts for warranty repairs;

Frequent follow up on claim result.

REQUIREMENTS :

Matric;

Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with parts in the automotive industry (trucks);

Formal qualification in Operations Management or Business Administration will be advantageous;

Computer literate;

Bilingual;

Strong administrative skills and attention to detail;

Valid driver’s license;

Previous Syspro experience advantageous;

strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills;

Deadline driven;

Must be willing to travel.
