Job descriptionManage warranty process of submitting, tracking and resolving warranty claims;Maintain records of warranty claims and relevant documentation;Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with manufacturer guidelines;Timely processing of documentation and claims;Maintain positive relationships with customers, dealerships and manufacturers and ensure clear communication throughout the warranty process;Ensure compliance with warranty policies and procedures;Problem solving by identifying and resolving discrepancies;Draft and submit reports to management on claims, data and performance;Analyse warranty data to identify areas of concern, areas of improvement and possible cost saving opportunities;Manage the replacement of parts for warranty repairs;Frequent follow up on claim result.REQUIREMENTS : Matric;Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with parts in the automotive industry (trucks);Formal qualification in Operations Management or Business Administration will be advantageous;Computer literate;Bilingual;Strong administrative skills and attention to detail;Valid driver’s license;Previous Syspro experience advantageous;strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills;Deadline driven;Must be willing to travel.
