Key Responsibilities :
- Manage project schedules, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Monitor budgets, track expenditures, and support financial reporting.
- Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and escalate where necessary.
- Assist senior management with project planning, resource allocation, and daily administration.
Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile) :
Minimum 3 years experience in project coordination, preferably in construction, engineering, or similar industries.Strong knowledge of project management processes and contract administration.Excellent communication skills in English (Afrikaans a plus).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
