Job descriptionDevelop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the companys objectives Manage recruitment onboarding and staff retention processes Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation and company policies Advise management on HR best practices disciplinary actions and conflict resolution Maintain accurate HR records and manage payroll inputs Oversee employee training and development plans Drive employee planning job evaluation and attendance controls Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Industrial Psychology or related field Minimum of 5 years HR generalist experience in a similar role on HR Management level Strong knowledge of South African labour laws and HR best practices Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills Proven ability to handle confidential matters with discretion Competitive salary package Opportunities for career growth and professional development Supportive and collaborative work environment
