Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the companys objectivesManage recruitment onboarding and staff retention processesEnsure compliance with South African labour legislation and company policiesAdvise management on HR best practices disciplinary actions and conflict resolutionMaintain accurate HR records and manage payroll inputsOversee employee training and development plansDrive employee planning job evaluation and attendance controlsDesired Experience & Qualification
Requirements :
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Industrial Psychology or related fieldMinimum of 5 years HR generalist experience in a similar role on HR Management levelStrong knowledge of South African labour laws and HR best practicesExcellent interpersonal communication and leadership skillsProven ability to handle confidential matters with discretionPackage & Remuneration
