Performance Marketing Manager
Company : We're on the search for a talented Performance Marketing Manager to join our Digital Agency.
To excel in this role you should have relevant experience in Paid Ads Management, with a strong focus on Facebook / Meta & Google Ads.
The role is 80% Social Paid Ads Management and 20% Google Ads Management. A passion for data analysis and a keen eye for maximising return on investment are essential to succeed in this position. Contract : Three-month probation contract, then permanent position. Team : We're a small team and are looking for a like-minded individual who is down-to-earth, passionate and a high-energy hard worker.

Working hours : 9 am – 5 pm (Hybrid - In office Observatory 2 days per week). Location : Observatory, Cape Town

Brands you will work on : You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of brands from retail to technology.
Daily Tasks & Responsibilities
Daily campaign management and optimisation (including but not limited to creating, implementing and monitoring campaign performance); Monthly media planning; Troubleshooting paid ads issues; Develop weekly / monthly / quarterly / annual reports via Looker Studio; Onboarding new paid ads accounts; Ad copy editing / reviewing; Campaign budget management / tracking; Ad hoc admin tasks related to paid ads.
Must have in-depth knowledge and experience using the below tools & platforms : Facebook / Meta Ads (Preferably 3+ years), Google Ads (Preferably 3+ years), LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, Setting up paid ads accounts (Preferably Facebook / Meta & Google), Looker Studio, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Tracking set-up and implementation of the tag / pixels, Asana Project Management Tool (or similar).
Qualifications
Facebook / Meta Blueprint Certification, Google Ads Certifications, Digital Marketing or Marketing qualification.
