Job Overview

A well-renowned wholesaler is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Dispatch Supervisor to join their team. This role will be responsible for the efficient and safe scheduling / execution of the company’s logistics and dispatch.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
• Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity.
• Maintaining suitable inventory levels and requesting any required materials.
• Checking orders, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
• Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
• Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
• Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.
• Logging and tracking required documentation in relation to all applicable deliveries.
