Key Responsibilities

• Concept to Creation : Take client briefs, translate them into innovative design concepts, sketch proposals, and deliver impactful client presentations.
• Design Development : Create designs that align with briefs, budgets, and regulations, producing detailed technical, construction, and council documentation.
• Supplier & Site Liaison : Source quality materials at competitive prices, brief contractors, conduct site inspections, and complete snag lists.
• Project Collaboration : Partner with project managers to ensure seamless handovers and project delivery.
• Mentorship : Coach and guide junior designers and technicians, fostering growth and excellence.
• Brand Representation : Act as a brand ambassador, nurturing professional relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
