(Junior Role - 1 Year experience Required)

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field
• Handle Level 1 and 2 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central support calls and other business applications used across the organisation
• Escalate calls to service providers and collaborate with them to provide end-users with time-consuming solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and recommend solutions to optimise system workflows and enhance productivity
