Overview
We are looking for a proactive Regional HR Officer to deliver HR support across multiple sites. Acting as a trusted partner to managers and staff, you will ensure effective implementation of HR policies, compliance with employment law, and consistent support on all people-related matters. Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance, and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, health & safety, and company policies.
- Support appraisals, training, and staff development initiatives.
- Assist with payroll, benefits, contracts, and leave management.
- Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and reporting.
Person Specification
Qualifications
Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) desirable.Experience
3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a multi-site role.Strong background in employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration.Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.High level of professionalism and confidentiality.Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.Other
