IT Project Manager and Business Analyst

Job descriptionDefine project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in alignment with business priorities. Ensure successful project execution within agreed scope, schedule, and cost parameters. Oversee implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of fleet management and transport systems. Support compliance, scheduling, routing, and tracking functions through effective system management. Liaise with system vendors to ensure timely issue resolution and continuous service improvement. Manage implementation and support of ERP, billing, and finance platforms. Collaborate with finance teams to translate business requirements into system functionality. Ensure system data accuracy, integration integrity, and compliance with relevant standards. Gather and document business requirements through workshops and process reviews. Translate business needs into actionable project plans and technical deliverables. Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on objectives. Manage software licensing, vendor contracts, and IT service agreements. Negotiate pricing and service levels to optimize technology investments. Oversee third-party performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). Provide guidance and mentorship to IT and project delivery teams. Align project resources with strategic initiatives and organizational goals. Foster a collaborative, results-driven, and service-oriented technology culture. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience in IT operations and project management roles. Demonstrated success delivering cross-functional IT or business system projects. Experience in the transport or logistics sector is strongly preferred. Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills PMP or PRINCE2 Certification ITIL Foundation Certification Business Analysis or ERP-related certifications a plus
