Overview
This is a remote, self-employed role for a company based in the UK and requires UK hours. This is a part time, temporary, maternity cover position, to start immediately.
Responsibilities
- Posting invoices and maintaining accurate financial records
- General administrative duties to support the accounts department
- Assisting with ad hoc finance-related tasks as required
- Ensuring all documentation is processed efficiently and accurately
- Supporting the team with data entry and account reconciliations
Ideal Candidate / Qualifications
Previous experience in an accounts or finance role preferredStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Excellent communication and time management skillsExperience with posting invoices, data entry and account reconciliations, and financial software (preferred)Benefits
