Job Ref : Summary :

• Must be professionally registered with SACAP with at least 2 years post-registration experience.
• Preferably based in Cape Town, aged 25–45.
• Ability to work in an open office environment with other professionals.
• Experience in government health projects or high complexity construction projects is advantageous.
• Knowledge of JBCC 6.2 Principal Building Agreement is essential; exposure to NEC 3 & 4 contracts is beneficial.
• Ability to review, compile, and endorse Contract Instructions & Extension of Time claims.
• Experience with project-specific cash flow projections is beneficial.
• Strong project management, delegation, and administrative skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook; strong formal writing skills.
• English as a first language is highly preferable.
