Overview
Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Agent for Outsource-X South Africa. UK-based SaaS client with a dynamic, staff‑wellbeing‑focused environment. You will join a multinational team, collaborating with colleagues speaking French, Portuguese, Dutch, Portuguese, and English.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming client contacts and escalations with compassion and proactivity to prioritize needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Process both client-generated and internal service request tickets within specified delivery times.
- Provide administrative support to certify client details and correct any information in our stakeholder’s client database.
- Be flexible to take on additional tasks as directed by the Team Leader.
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer support or client-facing roles, preferably in a multinational environment.Portuguese language proficiency at Level C1 / C2.English language proficiency at Level B2.The position is in-office.Office location : Somerset West, Western Cape.Working Hours : 09 : 00 – 18 : 00, Mon – Sun (Shift Rotation).Job Details
