CNC Lathe Programmer / Setter / Operator

Machining Duties

• Oversee operator setup of timers, feeds, and speeds
• Ensure machining is within specified tolerances
• Supervise completion of operator administration (QC sheets, Count sheets, Timers)
• Monitor and perform final job quality checks , and maintain records thereof

Administrative Duties

• Participate in pre-planning processes : job card packs, tooling, and equipment planning
• Assist with quote compilation , including process times and interpreting drawings
• Ensure all staff adhere to company policies and procedures
• Manage and oversee Store Room and Tool Room movements
• Ensure machine maintenance is carried out according to daily, monthly, bi-annual, and annual schedules
• Ensure proper administrative records are maintained for all maintenance tasks
