Job descriptionAt the end of each month, the role is to reconcile sales taxes, payroll taxes, and bank accounts. This process involves comparing records to ensure consistency and identifying any discrepancies Monitors financial transactions and generates reports. Keep track of financial data to provide insights and identify trends. Work with Accounts Receivable Manager and Customers to ensure proper and timely collections of receivables and memo consignments billing and status Work with Accounts Payable Manager and Vendors to ensure that invoices are correctly posted and provide monthly vendor payment / check run list to Partners for approval Work with Invoicing and Shipping Dept to ensure that invoices are properly generated and merchandise shipped according to company guidelines and policy Accounting Degree or Diploma Minimum of 3+ years accounting experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Proficiency in Pastel Excellent oral and written communication skills Detail oriented and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Must be able to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment Ability to work calmly and flexibly to respond to multiple competing business priorities Self-motivated, detail and results oriented, focused and hard working Good record keeping and organization skills

Salary : R25 000 - R30 000 P / m dependent upon experience
