Service Technician

Job Description

• Underground and surface product support including troubleshooting and fitment of new or repaired components.
• Underground and surface support including pump commissioning, end-user training and product condition monitoring.
• The identification of repair work / business in the form of complete pump overhauls as well as subassemblies during your technical interventions with the products and end-users.
• Develop strong relationships with end-users, specifically Mine Shaft Foremen and Fitters.
• Service exchange delivery and fitment which may include breakdowns.
• Accurate completion of job cards and reports.
• Completion of monthly expenditure reports.
• Deliveries and collections of components from and to clients.
• Expedite the completion of job cards, delivery notes and invoices.
• Assist in any of the organisation’s workshops or assemblies as required and where trained to do so.
