The Role

Were seeking a warm, professional, and detail oriented Receptionist with Opera PMS experience to join the Front Office team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

As the first and last impression of the hotel, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless arrivals, departures, and lobby interactions while upholding elevated service standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid South African ID
• Minimum 2 years hotel reception experience in medium or large hotel properties
• Opera PMS experience (essential)
• Strong communication skills, well spoken, clear, and professional
• Presentable with excellent grooming standards
• Computer literate (Opera PMS and Microsoft Office proficiency)
• Updated CV must be submitted
