CONSULTING DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW

ROLE OVERVIEW

You will be involved in multiple phases of a consulting engagement, from initial research through final implementation. Almost immediately, you will join a project team, working at a client location, sharing your ideas, solving problems and providing solutions in the areas of procurement and supply chain management. Over the course of your career at GEP, you will continuously build your project management and client management skills and further develop your communication and presentation abilities. You will work with teams and clients from varied industries across Europe and globally to help develop and implement procurement and supply chain strategies and play a key role in client engagement teams that deliver successful business results for the client.

REQUIREMENTS

• Superior problem-solving skills, quantitative and analytical ability
• Demonstrated leadership skills in a professional / academic / extracurricular setting
• Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas in written and verbal forms
• Strong eagerness to learn and effectively challenge oneself and others
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues in teams of varying background and cultures
• Flexible to travel at least 25-30% of the time
