What You’ll Lead and Deliver
As Head of Advisory Services, you’ll be the architect of strategic client success—guiding a team of expert advisors, refining advisory frameworks, and ensuring every client receives world-class service and insight.
Your Mission Includes
- Leadership & Team Development : Inspire, mentor, and manage a team of advisors to deliver excellence and grow professionally
- Client Strategy & Retention : Build trusted relationships, oversee strategic plans, and ensure advisory services drive measurable impact.
- Operational Excellence : Implement standardised processes, monitor KPI's, and ensure quality across all deliverables.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with other business units to drive client satisfaction and growth.
- Technical Expertise : Participate in the Technical Committee, review strategic reports, and guide complex client engagements.
- Data-Driven Decision Making : Use client data to inform strategy, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement.
- Team management : Able to deal with a very difficult team who consists of academics
- Portfolio management : Manage own set of clients
What You Bring
Relevant degree + MDP qualificationMinimum 5 years in B-BBEE advisory, SaaS, or verification analysisMUST have proof of leading a large team of Advisors and managing own portfolio of clients successfullyRisk and compliance management backgroundDeep knowledge of B-BBEE codes and sector legislationProven leadership in building and scaling advisory teamsHigh EQ with strong conflict resolution, engagement, and communication skillsExperience in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong analytical, strategic, and client-centric mindsetAbility to thrive under pressure and lead with initiativeWhy This Role?
