Job Description
Background : The Ashoka Fellowship is a global, lifelong network of the world’s leading social entrepreneurs. In Africa, the Fellowship has entered an exciting new chapter following the Inaugural Fellows Summit in Nairobi (September 2025), which catalyzed groundbreaking initiatives such as the Fellow Engagement Fund, the Ashoka Fellow Legacy Program, the WISE (Women in Social Entrepreneurship) movement, and the EACH Lab for emerging Next-Gen Leaders (NGLs). As the Fellowship prepares for the Cairo 2026 Fellows Summit : “Accountability for Africa – Social Transformation Led by Social Entrepreneurs”, Ashoka is seeking a committed Fellowship Associate (Volunteer) to support the Fellowship Director in coordinating Pan-African projects, strengthening collaboration across regions, and ensuring that Fellows’ collective agenda under the One Africa Platform is advanced.
