Overview
ELVTR is a premier online education platform specializing in live courses led by industry experts. We are seeking a sharp, results-oriented Phone Sales Representative to convert highly engaged leads into customers. This is a full-time, fully remote position open to candidates based in South Africa, with working hours aligned to the APAC time zone (typically early morning to afternoon South Africa time).
Responsibilities
- Convert warm, pre-qualified leads into enrolled students for our premium courses
- Build rapport with prospects and identify how our programs align with their goals
- Track metrics and iterate to exceed conversion targets
- Maintain clean and detailed records in our CRM
- Communicate customer insights to marketing and product teams for continuous improvement
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer journey
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldFluent, professional English communication skillsStrong grasp of CRM tools and digital sales platformsAbility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and retain product knowledge quicklyConfidence, curiosity, and excellent listening skillsA history of high performance in quota-carrying roles is a strong plusBenefits
