We are hiring an SDR Specialist for a private equity company in the software industry. This is a full-time remote role for a US-based company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on driving outbound sales campaigns, building predictable revenue pipelines, and leveraging modern prospecting tools to generate qualified leads across multiple portfolio businesses.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads using Apollo, Clay, and similar tools (some proprietary to the company)
- Build and execute multi-touch outbound sequences tailored to specific buyer personas
- Enrich lead data with accurate contact information, technographics, and intent signals
- Personalize cold outreach at scale using AI tools while maintaining authentic messaging
- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics (open, reply, and meeting conversion rates)
- Schedule qualified discovery meetings for account executives
- Maintain CRM data integrity and report outbound activity regularly
- Collaborate with growth and portfolio teams to refine ICPs and messaging
- Experiment with new outbound tactics to improve efficiency
- Deliver weekly pipeline generation reports across portfolio companies
Required Qualifications
5–10 years of SDR, BDR, or outbound sales experience (preferably in B2B SaaS or software)Proven track record of exceeding pipeline generation or meeting-booking targetsHands-on experience with Apollo, Outreach.io, SalesLoft, or similar toolsFamiliarity with lead enrichment tools like Clay or ZoomInfoExcellent copywriting and cold email personalization skillsStrong data-driven mindset and analytical abilityExcellent time management and organization skillsSelf-starter with strong problem-solving initiativePreferred Qualifications
