Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve set sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders within the coffee industry.

Conduct market research to understand local coffee trends and consumer preferences.

Provide insights on product positioning and customer feedback to enhance our product offerings.

Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to increase brand visibility.

Collaborate effectively with the marketing team to promote our coffee products through various channels.

Key Qualifications :

Mature and professional demeanour with a strong ability to work independently.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role.

Excellent knowledge of the coffee industry and the local coffee scene in Cape Town.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategy.

Self-motivated with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

A technical understanding of coffee equipment would be preferable.
