Your primary focus will be to qualify leads, build strong rapport with homeowners, and negotiate purchase terms that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from homeowners interested in selling their properties.
• Qualify leads efficiently to determine fit and readiness for sale.
• Build and maintain strong rapport with potential sellers to create trust and confidence.
• Negotiate purchase terms with homeowners to acquire new properties under favourable terms.
• Guide conversations toward successful outcomes while ensuring an excellent client experience.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the acquisitions and management team to align on strategy and goals.
