Internal Sales Representative

Job descriptionMinimum 5 years experience in a sales or customer service role Proficient in both English and Afrikaans (spoken and written) Confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills Attention to detail and ability to cope under pressure Strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to go the extra mile Experience on ERP systems essential Someone who sees this as a stepping stone with potential to grow beyond internal sales Supportive and energetic team environment Growth opportunities within a well-established, proudly South African business Competitive market related salary (discussed at interview stage)
Key Responsibilities
- Engage professionally with customers via email, phone, and walk-ins
- Process orders accurately for sales representatives and clients
- Manage communication with customers from order receipt through to delivery (ETA updates, etc.)
- Work effectively within our ERP system to process and track orders
- Collaborate closely with sales and operations to ensure a smooth workflow
