Job description2 - 5 Years' experience in an internal sales administrative role with exceptional customer service skills Exposure to technical environment / ability to read technical drawings Competency with MS Office and an ERP system is essential Experience on Syspro will be an advantage Must have reliable transport Compile reports, spreadsheets and data management for customer base Provide support to the entire sales department Checking accuracy of purchase orders and processing of orders Compiling of costings and quotes to customers Checking material availability before quoting Assistance with the processing of tenders Working on customer portals to monitor customer requests for quote, submitting quotes, receiving orders, submitting invoices Support to external sales team for social events Attend sales conferences offsite with possible travel for these events
Qualification
- Matric (With Core Mathematics)
- ERP System Certificate or experience
