Internal Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Internal Sales Consultant. This entry-level position will involve working closely with the Sales Manager to support the sales process and contribute to achieving sales targets.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY :

• Handle Telephonic Orders,
• Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email and web platforms
• Provide technical support and product recommendations based on customer needs
• Drawing up Quotations and do follow-ups on quotations send
• Completing Job Cards
• General Office Duties
• Establish and Maintain relationships with Individuals and Business customers and assist with problems these customers may encounter.
• Internal Sales Support
• Adhere to the procedures and standard work regarding records and stock to ensure safekeeping
• Review collection reports to determine the status of collections to advise customers for collection.
• Provide employees with support in handling problems or resolving escalated complaints or disputes
• Discuss and Identify workflow problems to improve and resolve processes
• Keeping up to date with product knowledge and Industry development
