Regional Operations Manager - Western Cape

Key Responsibiities

• Oversee and coordinate activities of all branches in the region.
• Provide leadership and support to Branch Managers to achieve sales and profit targets.
• Set and implement short- and long-term goals with Head Office.
• Monitor branch performance, review sales figures, and address issues promptly.
• Conduct regular branch visits to assess operations and resolve problems.
• Act as the main communication link between Top Management and Branch Managers.
• Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with senior management on product, sales, and marketing initiatives.
