Your opportunity : As Project Manager, Systems, Data and Analytics you will play a crucial role in planning and implementing IT project initiatives. You will be accountable for leading the build, planning and implementation of the Symplicity suite, including information analysis, Symplicity configuration, training materials development, testing, go live and ongoing support for the system. The project manager will oversee evaluation initiatives, including the analysis of utilization and client satisfaction data, and lead quality improvement efforts related to OLA’s data and analytics capabilities. You will also oversee the integration of systems supporting the Medical Education and Postgraduate Medical Education programs through the Medical Education Information Technology Transformation (MEITT) initiative. You will also be leading special projects, as assigned, in alignment with OLA and Temerty priorities. Applying your exceptional project management and communication skills, along with your robust technical knowledge, you will also be responsible for : continuous quality improvement; analyzing user needs; designing; implementing; and interpreting IT components related to OLA’s evaluation plan; and troubleshooting complex systems issues. Your proven track record of successfully leading projects from conception to completion in a fast paced, results-oriented environment will enable our academic success.
