Head of School : Information Technology
The Head of School : Information Technology will play a pioneering leadership role in shaping the vision, strategy, and academic identity of a new and dynamic School positioned to become a leading player in the national higher education landscape. The incumbent will drive academic quality and excellence, innovation, and relevance in teaching, learning, and research, ensuring that the School responds to the rapidly evolving technological environment and the digital needs of society through community engagement projects. This role is an opportunity to build a future‑focused academic community that develops skilled, ethical, and adaptable graduates who will respond to the technology needs and expectations in the contemporary workplace and the future.
Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership aligned with the School’s academic mission.
- Ensure quality assurance and excellence in academic delivery across programmes.
- Lead academic staff in delivering the STADIO Academic Promise : putting students at the centre, with learning at the core.
- Champion innovative scholarship in teaching, research, and community engagement that supports academic transformation and relevancy.
- Develop and maintain a programme and qualification portfolio aligned with the world of work and STADIO’s graduate attributes.
- Enhance student support and success in line with institutional principles.
- Strengthen partnerships with industry and professional networks to enhance academic credibility and student growth.
- Promote the School’s profile through active engagement, innovation, and academic citizenship.
Essential Criteria
