Key Responsibilities :

• Perform thorough quality inspections on trucks to ensure they meet dealership and manufacturer standards
• Conduct detailed checks on repairs and services, identifying and addressing any faults
• Collaborate with workshop technicians to resolve technical issues and ensure top-notch quality
• Oversee the organization of workshop documentation and service records
• Implement and maintain strong administrative processes for tracking repairs, parts, and service history
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality control procedures, maintaining high operational standards
