Job Specification
South Africas Leading waste management Consortiumis seeking a professional Contracts Managerto join their team. The purpose of this role will be to ensure a safe efficient and profitable delivery of onsite contractual requirements with the designated key mining client by acting as the primary custodian of the Master Services Agreement (MSA) championing a behaviour-based safety culture managing operational and financial performance and fostering a strong compliant relationship with the client.
Key accountabilities(high-level KPAs) :
Governance & Compliance : Act as the primary custodian of the Master Services Agreement (MSA) ensuring full adherence to its terms all client policies and relevant legislation.
SHEQ Leadership : Champion a zero-harm culture drive behaviour-based safety and ensure full compliance with our Integrated SHEQ Management System.
Operational & Financial Management : Oversee all resources to ensure efficient cost-effective service delivery and manage the contracts profitability.
Stakeholder Engagement : Serve as the main client interface building strong relationships and facilitating governance meetings.
Leadership : Manage develop motivate and lead the team to achieve high performance and compliance.
In order to be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements :
Matric
Relevant Tertiary Qualification
5 years experience in operations management / project management role in the mining sector
In depth Knowledge of OHSA and MHSA
MHSA Legal Liability Course First Aid Level I; HIRA and Incident Investigation
Proficient in MS Office
A legal drivers licence.
