Minimum requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or a related field (post graduate qualification is a plus).
- 5+ years’ experience in FSI / FMCG Sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Preferably in Food, Beverage or Dairy.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- In-depth understanding of the food service supply chain and market dynamics.
- Must have valid driver’s license and own vehicle, and be able to travel as and when required.
Key responsibilities include :
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the food service market.Build and maintain strong relationships with food service chains, distributors, and institutional clients.Drive sales performance to meet and exceed revenue targets.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align offerings with customer needs.Stay ahead of market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.Note : Please ensure that you attach a certified copy of your ID and Qualification to be considered for this position.
