The Opportunity : We're looking for a hands‑on, organised, and people‑focused Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse at branch level.

What You'll Do

• Manage the receiving and dispatch process accurately and efficiently
• Ensure warehouse SOPs are followed and improved where needed
• Oversee warehouse staff and daily workflows
• Handle repairs, exchanges, and customer‑related warehouse issues timeously
• Maintain and manage stock control (including assembled stock)
• Supervise the packing, stacking and movement of goods
• Plan and coordinate deliveries and collections
• Minimise losses, damages and ensure top‑notch housekeeping
• Ensure smooth operation of POS and Pastel systems
