Job descriptionBuild and maintain high-quality, long-term partnerships with clients. Share best practices and contribute to team success. Meet call activity KPIs to ensure optimal customer coverage. Set clear objectives for each customer interaction. Deliver marketing messages and product information aligned with solution selling. Identify and act on customer opportunities. Record all call activity accurately in CRM. Ensure timely follow-ups and action plans. Uphold high standards of business conduct and compliance. Adhere to relevant policies including Pharmacovigilance, travel & expenses, and local codes of practice. Strong sales ability with proven results. Excellent communication and influencing skills. Relationship-building expertise. Deep product knowledge retention. Strategic and tactical planning capabilities. Self-motivated and team oriented. Resilient, confident, and adaptable. Professional presence with likability and authority. Preferable qualification in Veterinary Science, Animal Health, Animal Science, Agriculture, or related field. Computer literate with proficiency in standard business software. 3–5 years of sales experience preferred. Experience in veterinary / pharmaceutical industry is advantageous. Proven track record in sales and key account management. Valid driver’s license and own vehicle. Willingness to travel frequently and manage distant territories on a 4–6-week cycle. Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends for events or training.

Job Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Professional Sales Representative to promote and sell a designated portfolio of companion animal products to veterinary practices and specialty pet retail shops. This role is focused on building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with customers while achieving sales growth and market share targets.
