Key Responsibilities

• Processing Credit card payment requests
• Set up any auto pay collections each month
• Support correct and timely allocation of cash
• Act as principle office contact for collections queries
• Account creation in the system
• Credit management activities
• Support team to resolve issues that delay customer paymentsSystem admin of customer accountsUpdates to Account detailsPortal password resets
• Routine maintenance
• Reconciliation and management of allocated accounts
• Ad hoc duties as required by Head of credit control
