As a Workshop Manager specializing in off-road bikes, you will lead the daily operations of our busy workshop. Your key responsibilities will include managing a team of skilled mechanics, ensuring excellent customer service, and overseeing workshop efficiency. You'll be the technical and operational leader, driving performance while maintaining a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Experience : 3-5 years of experience in workshop management, ideally in the off-road or motorcycle industry. Or must have riden off road bikes as a hobby.
- Technical Expertise : Strong knowledge of off-road bikes, their maintenance, repair, and tuning.
- Leadership Skills : Proven ability to manage and motivate a team, with a track record of improving team performance.
- Customer Service : Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Organizational Skills : Strong multitasking abilities, able to prioritize jobs and manage time effectively.
- Problem-Solving : Analytical thinker with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.
