About You

You're not just an operator you’re THE operator. The person who turns “I have an idea” into “it's already live.” You thrive in chaos but impose structure. You translate vision into projects, meetings into outcomes, and strategy into impact. If you’ve been the right hand to founders before or want to be and you speak EOS fluently, we want to meet you.

You’re a strategic executor with a consulting, operations, or founder-support background.

You thrive in async, digital-first environments (ClickUp, Notion, Slack are your power tools).

You care more about output than optics. Speed, alignment, and clarity are your currencies.

Bonus if you’ve worked in adtech, SaaS, or with fast-scaling ecommerce teams.

Location : Remote (EU / MENA / AMER-friendly time zones preferred)

Schedule : Full-time, with flexibility; must overlap partially with EST.

Unblock the CEO Offload 10 - 15 hours / week of operations in 90 days.

Drive EOS Rhythm Rocks, L10s, and scorecards firing without CEO pushing.

Scale the Referral Engine Activate +30% more partners; track every click.

Unblock Strategic Projects Launch AI agents, partner onboarding, and more.

Be the Culture Glue Build accountability, cross-functional clarity, and async ops excellence.

Main Responsibilities

CEO Enablement : Manage inbox, calendar, meeting prep, follow-ups, and act as a decision proxy.

EOS Execution : Own L10 meetings, Rocks, scorecards, and ClickUp execution hub.

Project Management : Lead cross-functional projects with stakeholders in Growth, Ops, Tech, Product.

Internal Communication : Ensure decisions are documented, tracked, and followed up on.

Org Development : Support key hires (CS, AMs), onboarding, and leadership coaching.

Requirements

3 - 7 years in operations, consulting, or startup exec support.

Experience working with EOS or similar operating systems.

Demonstrated ability to own complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Stellar communication skills (especially async + written).

Highly autonomous, analytical, and unflappable in fast-growth chaos.
