Corporate Social Responsibility Manager

Minimum Requirements :

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related fields.
• Proven experience in non-profit management, CSR, or related field.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, fundraising, and financial management abilities.
• Deep understanding of community needs and challenges in the non-profit sector.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement a strategic plan that aligns with both the non-profit's mission and the parent company's CSR objectives.

Design, implement, and evaluate programs that fulfill the organization's mission and respond to community needs.

Develop and execute a fundraising strategy to secure grants, donations, and other sources of funding.

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications plan to enhance visibility, support fundraising, and engage the community.

Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, organizations, and the parent company to enhance the non-profit's reach and impact.

Ensure the organization adheres to all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards applicable to non-profits and CSR initiatives.
