Junior Accountant

Job & Company Description :

A cash management concern in the city centre is looking for an outside the box thinking professional to join their diversified team of go getters in finance on a 3 months contract basis. The candidate that will fill this role will be responsible for the group results and implementation of standard reporting across for the company.

Key responsibilities include :

• Creating detailed journal entries and post them to the general ledger
• Assisting with handling accounts payable and receivable on a daily basis
• Reconciliations
• Preparing documents for annual audits and tax filing processes
• Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations
• Process invoices, accounts and payments reconciliations
• Prepare month end journals
• Prepare monthly and quarterly close
