Requirements
Your Responsibilities :
Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, ledgers, and reportsSupport month-end and year-end close processesPerform reconciliations (bank, accounts payable / receivable)Draft cash flow reports and assist with client budgetsAssist with VAT, tax submissions, and SARS-related tasksHandle payroll processing and ensure PAYE / UIF / WCA complianceManage CIPC-related duties and statutory filingsPrepare journal entries with proper documentationSupport the preparation of AFS, management accounts, and other reportsProvide support to senior accountants on audits and financial analysisRespond to client queries and offer general admin support as neededBenefits
What You Need :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relatedMinimum of 2 years accounting experienceExperience with key accounting software (Sage, Xero, QuickBooks)Knowledge of tax regulations, payroll compliance, and statutory filingsStrong numerical accuracy and data integrity mindsetExcellent communication skills and client service orientationWhy Join This Team?
