Laduma Bet is a small startup in the online betting business, and they are currently recruiting for Online Betting Clerks / Call Centre Staff to join their operations team, reporting to the Senior Manager. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—assisting them with placing bets, handling account queries, and ensuring a seamless betting experience. If you have a good head for numbers, a love of sports, and a passion for great service, this is the role for you.Key Duties and Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions via phone, live chat, and emailAssist customers with placing bets, understanding odds, and using the platformDeliver a professional, friendly, and efficient customer experienceCustomer account management and transaction processingAssist customers with daily account queriesWork shifts including evenings, weekends & public holidaysEducational Requirements
Matric Level (Grade 12) tertiary education is a advantageExperience Requirements
