What you’ll be driving

• Campaign excellence – orchestrate high-performing, multi-channel campaigns across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Playbooks & performance – create and refine scripts, messaging, and playbooks that give our team the edge.
• Smart data & tools – ensure data, platforms, and compliance are rock-solid so delivery runs smoothly.
• Insights & improvements – build dashboards, track KPIs, and recommend changes that move the needle.
• Client outcomes – turn client goals into outbound plans that deliver real, measurable results.
• Team leadership – coach, QA, and motivate BDRs / SDRs so they’re sharp, confident, and successful.
• Scaling impact – standardise processes, automate handoffs, and document SOPs to take us to the next level.
