About the Role : Teamwear Solutions is expanding with a new division focused on Sublimated Branding.

We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Designer / Layout Artist to bring our clients' brands to life across a variety of sublimated outdoor branding.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and prepare designs / layouts for sublimated products, including gazebos, flags, pull‑up banners, tablecloths, inflatables, and more.
• Work closely with the sales team and production teams to interpret briefs and translate them into executable and impactful visual solutions.
• Ensure designs are production‑ready and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple design projects within deadlines.
