Junior Marketing, Content and Admin Coordinator

Job descriptionBe the Lens : Capture unscripted moments of students and teachers. Comfort around kids is essential. Video Star : Film and edit weekly Reels / TikToks (≈1‑5 minutes). Design Wizardry : Create graphics for events, monthly digital flip‑books and QR codes. Show us off : Assist with school tours for prospective parents. Spread the word : Compile newsletters, collaborate with local pre‑schools, and promote events. Follow up : Friendly voice handling parent enquiries. Admins and Right Hand : Answer phones, take messages, and support general admin tasks. Community Vibes : Manage suggestion boxes, run surveys, and reply to comments online (≈2 hours / week). Create schedules and post content for our agency accounts. Trend Spotting : Research latest digital trends and recommend applications. Remote Admin : Support the management team with reports, coordination and general admin. You’ll master smart tools. You Love Kids : Non‑negotiable. The school environment is loud, happy and chaotic—your energy will thrive. You’re a Creator : Comfortable with Canva, video editors like CapCut, and attentive to visual storytelling. You’re Tech‑Comfy : Not afraid of Excel and familiar with Reel vs. Story distinctions. You’re a Self‑Starter : Working from home half the time requires trust that tasks get completed independently. You Want to Learn : Ready to ask questions, accept feedback and grow into a marketing pro. Reliable transport to Westdene for 4 days a week. Solid internet connection at home for remote sessions. Content creation (video, graphics) Social media management Basic administrative support Interest in education and child engagement Digital tools proficiency (Excel, Canva, video editors)
