💡 Non-Negotiables :

• 10+ years of experience in functional & business requirement specifications
• Strong SQL / database design and API / workflow knowledge
• 5+ years of business analysis in software design
• Agile / Scrum environment experience (SAFe and Kanban)
• Leadership and mentoring of Business Analysts
